To offer courses in Sanskrit language that develop Human values, Secular values, Spirituality, Emotional Balance and deep knowledge of the historical importance of the language which will instill a sense of patriotism and Nationalism among the students.

Mission

Impart outcome based education intune with the NEP 2020

To develop appreciation for Sanskrit literature, creative writing in Sanskrit and speaking skills Department of Sanskrit was established with the inception of the college in the year 1942.
The Department SANSKRIT offers second language course across all the programmes like B.A,B.Com and B.Sc with 300 Students and Department offers Certificate corse in SPOKEN SANSKRIT
