- Dr Tadikonda Anita Susan was appointed as Lecturer in Andhra Christian College, Guntur 5-11-1984, and discharged her duties for a period of 37 years as Lecturer, Head of the Dept and Principal (FAC) from Jan 2020 to Sept 2021
- Joined Government Womens College(A), on 3-10-2021 working till date.
- Completed graduation in Andhra Christian College, Guntur from 1979-1982, later completed post- graduation from 1982-1984 at DAV, (PG) College, Dehradun.
- Appointed as lecturer in Zoology on 5-11-1984, by the management of Andhra Evangelical Lutheran Church Management.
- Completed Ph.D. in 1995 from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
- Redesignated as Reader from 27-07-1998 by Director of Collegiate Education dated 22-04-2002.
- Successfully completed UGC, Minor Research Project, convenor of UGC, career-oriented Program, Breeding of aquarium fishes.
- Published 16 papers in various Journals. Member- Board of studies in various colleges.
