Currently, she is a Lecturer in Commerce at the Government College for Women (A), Guntur. She holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com.) degree, reflecting her strong academic foundation in the field.

Born on February 25, 1980, M. Venkata Ramana was raised in a supportive family environment, with her father S. Devendra Rao playing a significant role in her upbringing. She pursued her higher education diligently, culminating in an M.Com. degree, which equipped her with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the field of commerce.

Venkata Ramana has a diverse teaching portfolio, having taught at several esteemed institutions. She began her teaching career at Kanna Jr. College, where she served for five years, honing her skills and gaining valuable experience in the educational sector. She then moved to Rama Commerce Academy, contributing eight years of her expertise to the institution. Her current role at the Government Degree College for Women in Guntur marks seven years of her dedicated service.
