Biography
K M S Sailaja Rani, currently employed as a Computer Science Lecturer at Government College for Women (A) in Guntur, was recruited through direct recruitment by the Andhra Pradesh College Service Commission (APCSC) in 1996. First appointed as lecturer in computer science in D.S Govt. degree college for women and joined on 10.01.1996.
K M S Sailaja Rani consists of academic foundation that includes an M. C. A from Andhra University College of Engineering, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam and M. Phil from Mother Teresa Women’s University, Kodaikanal and also qualified APSET in Nov,2021.
K M S Sailaja Rani's professional journey has been marked by diverse experiences in both rural and Autonomous colleges. Since January 1996, she has been sharing her expertise and passion for computer science with her students at DS Govt. College for women, Ongole, Prakasam District, Govt. College for Women (A), Guntur, Y.A Govt. Degree college for women, Chirala, Sri ABR Govt Degree college, Repalle and again to Govt. college for women(A), Guntur.
In professional commitments, K M S Sailaja Rani plays various roles like JKC Coordinator, Controller of examination, In-charge, Department of computer science (both UG and PG), Vice principal in college development. In addition to professional commitments, sailaja extended poetry publication in both college magazines, outside monthly journals and literary committees.
