Biography

Dr.Ch.PRAVEEN is currently employed as a Professor in the Sanskrit Department at Government College for Women (A) in Guntur. Appointed as Lecturer in Sanskrit, A.C. College, Guntur in the year 2000 and absorbed in Govt. College for women, Guntur, on 3rd October 2021. Alongside his teaching commitments, Dr.Ch.Praveen worked as an NSS Programme officer, coordinator for Distance Education (Andhra University) at A.C. College. Later, he worked as District NSS Programme officer, Guntur District. Currently, he is chairman of the Board of Studies in Sanskrit, ANU. He is also a Subject Expert in Sanskrit, Board of Studies at Maris Stella College, Andhra Loyola College and SRR & CVR Govt. College, Vijayawada. He acted as a Jury Member for National Selections at Nehru Yuva Kendra, Guntur. Apart from professional commitments, Praveen handles external scholarships such as Bommidala Trust Scholarships, Samarthanam Trust and makes the students of Govt. College for women to apply for various scholarships like Santoor Scholarships, HDFC Scholarships etc.
