Dr. Naga Prasanna. M commenced her journey as a Degree Lecturer at Ideal College of Arts and Sciences (A), Kakinada, on 26th August 2016, where she diligently fulfilled both academic and administrative responsibilities for a tenure of 21 months. During her tenure, she held pivotal roles as IQAC Assistant Coordinator and Criterion-I Coordinator (scored 3.5 in NAAC), while actively participating as a member across various college committees. Subsequently, she transitioned to Government College for Women (A), Guntur, through the esteemed APPSC recruitment process on 8th June 2018.

In her tenure at Government College for Women (A), Guntur, she continued to excel in her administrative duties, notably serving as IQAC Additional Coordinator for a commendable duration of three years from 2019 to 2022. Presently, she is deeply engaged as Criterion-V Coordinator, PG Coordinator and acting as a member in several significant college committees, contributing to the institution's growth and development.

Furthermore, Dr. Naga Prasanna. M has served as the Coordinator for Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) Learning Management System (LMS) in Dairy Technology, demonstrating her dedication to innovative educational practices and enhancing the learning experience for students
