Biography

Curie is currently employed as a Political Science Lecturer at Government College for Women (A) in Guntur. Ms. Curie has been teaching Political Science since January 2013. She works with dedication towards enriching students giving insights from her experiences.

She holds a strong academic foundation with an M.A, M.Phil Degree in Political Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and  UGC-NET.

She had an experience of working in Non-Government Organizations like Human Rights Law Network in New Delhi and Indian Social Institute, Bangalore. During this period, she had an experience of working on social issues like Dalit Rights and worked on a project on Communalism and Role of State in Karnataka. She also had an experience in Food Corporation of India for a brief period.

Apart from professional commitments, she has keen interest in reading English novels and travelling different places in India. She likes travelling, cherishing the culture, food and history of different places and enjoys the serenity of nature. She likes motivating students of downtrodden to educate themselves.
